Warranty Policy

In DRYCODE, we offer the best products that can stand up against the rigors of daily use. Our products are tested to the industry's leading standards and have our seal of quality. That's why we're proud to offer a 10 year warranty policy for all of our products, beginning at the date of delivery.

We will replace items with a brand new pair if the item was damaged or broken unintentionally. Each pair owns one replacing opportunity.

Claim Procedure:

Any claims need to be emailed to support@drycodeusa.com attached with photos of defects, and order number. Our support team will take care of your request and reply within 36 hours.

Our 10-year warranty only applies to customers who purchase our products through our official website. Please be sure to keep your proof of purchase or order information so that we can confirm that you purchased from an authorized sales channel. Customers who cannot provide proof of purchase or order information won't be able to enjoy our warranty service.

What Our Warranty Covers:

DRYCODE's limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in selected products that are sold to customers. This warranty lasts for a period of 10 year after the receipt of products from DRYCODE.

We will decide whether to repair it or replace it depending on the situation. In the event of an exchange, a new item will be promptly dispatched to you within a week. Should a repair be required, please return the product to our warehouse, and the repair process will take approximately one week. DRYCODE will cover the shipping expenses for the product within the warranty period. In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide a brand new replacement, you have the option to upgrade to alternative product styles or request a refund. Our dedicated customer service team will liaise with you to discuss your preference.

What Our Warranty Doesn't Cover:

The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed, used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. Comfort is subjective to the individual and is not considered a manufacturing fault.
